A son of PERDIGUEIRO, the Portuguese stallion tutored in bullfighting by tauromachian rider Pablo Hermozo de Mendonza, who selected this beautiful, forward-thinking stallion for his extraordinary qualities. PERDIGUEIRO then suffered an accident resulting in his retirement from bullfighting and the reason why he was exported to Brazil.

His mother is a daughter of XIQUE-XIQUE whose blood flows throught the veins of virtually all the Interagro horses. Xique-Xique was a Gold Medal Champion in Lisbon and was awarded 81 points at revision by the Portuguese Stud Book. ZACHARIAS is not only super comfortable to ride, he has three nicely competitive gaits that will make him a very fun horse to compete. Under saddle he is demonstrating an excellent temperament and intelligence, with a super trot that shows potential for amazing extension and expression. His compact body and well-articulating joints will also make collection easy. ZACHARIAS would not be easy for a rider who does not enjoy a forward-moving ride.
